Please help support our productions and scholarship programs!
Through Dancing Arts Center's fiscal sponsor, Boston Dance Alliance, corporate and individual donors can receive a tax-deductible benefit for their generous contributions to Dancing Arts Center under Boston Dance Alliance’s 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Dancing Arts Center will also be able to apply for grants that will further the school’s mission of providing broad access to world-class training and professional performance opportunities.
Dancing Arts Center is proud to present a full-length, professional production of The Nutcracker annually at The Norwood Theatre. This timeless classic is a major cultural attraction in the area during the holiday season and provides employment for working artists and artisans in addition to providing artistic value for our community members. Financial support is needed to maintain the high caliber of the production including the hiring of professional guest artists, the maintainance and creation of new costumes and set pieces, and to employ the professional production staff.
Dancing Arts Center also believes in access to high-quality dance education for talented and aspiring young dance artists. Tuition for committed students can become cost-prohibitive for some families. Contributing to our scholarship program will ensure that deserving young talent will have the best chance to achieve his or her dreams of becoming a professional dance artist.
