Director Roberta Weiner started the Prana Center in Holliston as a safe place to learn, grow and relax.
The Prana Yoga Center is inspired by the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA, where Roberta received her second yoga certification. Prana’s mission is to bring the joy and benefits of Yoga to friends old and new throughout the region. Beginners are warmly welcomed, and students of all levels can find the perfect class for you! We are a one-stop yoga studio, with styles ranging from Kripalu to Vinyasa, from Slow Flow to Hatha, and much more. We also offer specialty classes, including Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. Plus private yoga, and yoga on request – let us know what you’re looking for!
The Prana Acting Center runs 4 or more shows per year, acting classes, plus a popular Summer Acting Camp – going into our 15th year! All our camps, acting classes and preparation for productions are taught in the same safe environment as our yoga classes, where students can take risks without fear of ridicule or failure. Students build their acting skills while increasing their self-esteem, comfort with public speaking and much more. Our students say Prana is their second family, and they return year after year!
