Question: What if the class is not working out?
Answer:

Students enroll for one semester at a time; there is no long-term commitment to a schedule of classes. Students are encouraged to take at least a month of steady classes to get a full feel for the course before looking at other options.

Be sure the student is arriving at least 20-30 minutes ahead of the class time to transition into the class effectively. Then determine if the student's attendance has been consistent or if there are any other distractions (such as another activity on the same day, little prior time with the family, hunger, little sleep the night before), or incorrect placement into the class.

If scheduling is a problem, or the level is not appropriate, then a student can transfer to another class if there is available space.

If your child is enrolled in the preschool program (movement experiences, creative movement I, II, or III), then a tuition refund or credit will be made available.

If your child is approaching or in the midst of adolescence, consistent approval from parents and feedback from teachers is helpful to stay in the course. However, bumpy adolescence is a time of self doubt and confusion. Set up a conference with your teacher.
