Outreach Program Application

To request a workshop of 8-12 weeks or year round program:

  • Step One: select your day and time block in which you’d like the class to take place using chart #1
  • Step Two: choose the length of your program using chart #2
  • Applications will be considered firm upon receipt of a non refundable $50 deposit for any program listed below. The $50 will be deducted from the total cost of your program. 
    Please mail your deposit to the address listed below.
    If for some reason your request cannot be filled, your deposit will not be processed.
